I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, while spacious with a decent bathtub, were not ready even after a 2-hour wait. The staff provided impeccable service, always attentive but the reservation clerk was a bit disappointing. The location was very convenient in a shopping mall with a wide variety of food options, though the dining experience was average for me. The facilities were decent, but there were some ups and downs during my stay.
